My PXI-4065 DMM is giving me very odd voltage/current readings.   Is there an app I can run that checks the health of this device - similar to the one used for the switches?

Nope, there is no health check App. If Self-Test and Self-Calibrate for the instrument run fine, the next step would be to send it for calibration if it is due.

 

If you see an issue in Self-Test or Self-Calibrate, based on the error you would need to send it for repair or replacement (based on your purchase terms with NI)
