I have an application where I need to measure a PWM current sink while the SMU is supplying a voltage source (Quadrant IV). I need to measure steps from ~10uA to ~10mA with ~100nA accuracy, or better. Other SMU's I have tried have some accuracy problems with PWM that increase when the SMU low side voltage source is closer to the high side voltage associated with the PWM current source under test (~250mV delta).
Has this PXI-4130 SMU been tested for use with PWM? Does NI have a solution that may be more suitable?
