Hi Luis,
What version PXI Platform Services do you have installed? Is your chassis able to recognize any other cards? Which driver did you install?

Hi Luis,
Thank you for the update. My first thought is that it could be a problem with your PXI Platform Services driver, or you could be missing this driver. You can find information about which drivers you have installed on your computer in MAX by clicking the drop down next to software. The most important drivers for your system are NI PXI Platform Services, NI-FGEN, and NI-DAQmx. Seeing as you are having problems finding your PXI-5441, I would recommend downloading the newest versions of PXI Platform Services and NI-FGEN from ni.com/drivers. You can find PXI-Platform Services here: http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/2084/lang/en, and NI-FGEN driver you can find that here: http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/2265/lang/en. Also, it could be a problem with your MXI-4 setup. You can find some troubleshooting steps for MXI-4 in the following KnowledgeBase article: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/484F81E6570AD803862569ED007AAA41?OpenDocument. Let me know how these troubleshooting steps turn out.
