PXI-5660 (5600 + 5620) Error -27033 occurred at niTuner Set Attenuation.vi

Hello,

I am trying to get a PXI-5660 (5600 + 5620) up and running after sitting for a few years and when I try to run a spectrum analyzer application I receive the error "27033 occurred at niTuner Set Attenuation.vi An internal hardware error has occurred.".

Is there another spectrum analyzer application I can try?

Is there an application that will let me narrow down the issue?

Hello,

While trying to make some headway with this issue I ran the MAX utility and received the error "The device did not pass the test." when I performed a "Test Resources" on the PXI-5600 as seen in the attached screen shot.

This looks like a really old OS on PXI. Have you installed NI-RFSA driver?

The OS is Windows XP (32 bit). I have not installed any drivers or updated the system because it was working last time it was powered on (5 years ago). Would this error be caused by an out of date driver?
