PXI-6123 Calibration does not work (AI FAIL)

Which is correct Calibration adapter (Fixture) to Calibrate NI PXI-6123?

Which is correct software version TO CALIBRATE PXI-6123? Our CE version is 3.5
 
PXI-6123 Calibration Does not work in any our PXI-CHASSIS.

Same failure in any our PXI-6123 DAQ-Cards. Analog Input Fail.

Operating System is Windows 7

FAIL Calibration results:Attachment

DAQ-Cable is ok, and correct Cable type. (Tested in many Cables, and 2 pcs different computer, and PXIe 1065 and PXI-1050 CHASSIS)
 
Our Calibratin Fixture (adapter) is E/S/M Series Calibration Fixture. P/N 184639B-01. SN 16F9DED

Hi Antti,

Do I understand you correctly that all your PXI-6123 devices are failing during calibration?

Do the devices fail if you run self-test in MAX? If they do pass self test, are you able to do measurements in Test Panels in MAX as well?

You can find information about required software and hardware for calibration of S-series devices in this document: CALIBRATION PROCEDURE B/E/M/S/X Series

In there it is stated that NI does recommend DAQmx version 14.1 or later.

Sorry my slow answer.

Our DAQmx versions are 15.0.1. Is that ok?

PXI-6123 Works fine in MAX with BOX TBX-68. (Reset, test, self calibration and Test Panel)

PXI-6123 DOES NOT WORK with with E/M/S Calibration Fixture. Does not work  with NI MAX+Calibration Fixture, Does not Work with NI Calibration Executive Software.

PCI-6123 Works fine with E/M/S series calibration Fixture P/N 184639B-01 SN 16F9DED (NI Calibration Executive Software)

Our Calibrator is Fluke 5720A.

Our workload is about 200 pcs  NI-DAQ calibration / year.

Calibration without Calibration Executive software is too difficult and takes too long time.

The DAQmx version should be all right.

I have a few additional questions that I would like to get you to answer.

Does the PXI-6123 works well as long as it is not connected to the E Series Calibration Fixture and this is tested with multiple PXI-6123 devices?

Has this ever worked with the PXI-6123?

Do you happen to have other PXI devices that you could test together with he Calibration Fixture?

Thank you for go-operation and helps.

PXI-6123 Calibration does not work with NI E/M/S Series Calibration Fixture and NI Calibration Executive Softvware.

PXI-6123 Calibration WORKS CORRECLY with NI TBX-68 and  NI Calibration Executive Software. Look picture.

All our other NI PXI DAQ-card-models work with NI Calibration Fixture.

This is ok. Now we can calibrate PXI-6123 without NI E/M/S Series Calibration Fixture.

Counter is connected pins 2 and 36.

All AI:s (-) minus are connected to Fluke Calibrator OUTPUT LO.

All AI:s (+) plus are connected to Fluke Calibrator OUTPUT HI.
