A couple of notes:
1. The compact flash in the 8145 controller is used as *HARD DRIVE* storage, not RAM. If your application is failing to run because it is too large and not fitting in memory when executing, you likely need to upgrade your RAM, not your compact flash.
2. If you did in fact want a larger hard drive, you can do this, however you cannot use the secondary compact flash slot. You must replace your existing 32 MB compact flash module with the 128 MB compact flash module. The new module must be formatted with the FAT or FAT32 file system. When the module boots up, it should appear in MAX as an unconfigured controller. You can then assign it an IP address and install the software to it through MAX.
