PXI-8186 cannot boot

We have a remote PXI 8186 controller installed on a PXI-1045 chassis. With Labview RT 7.1 installed in the system.  The chassis has no monitor or keyboard connected at first and we run the programs through the host PC.

Our system crashed after running two different VIs at the same time. Now it cannot boot to Labview RT.  We connect a monitor and a keyboard to it. The system tried booting a few time but failed and shows "Reboot due to system error" on the screen.

What's the possible reason for this and how can I solve it?

Hello Haojiong Zhang,

                                   With the information given the best option will be to try booting your RT controller in the safe mode (one way to boot the RT controller to safe mode is, when the controller is booting up hit (continuously) the "delete" key. You will find an option Advanced>>LVRT options>>Safe mode). Once you boot into safe mode try reinstalling the needed software (LV RT, VISA, VISA server) in the controller via MAX and rebooting the controller in the RT (normal) mode. This option should get your controller up and running. The other option is to reformat the disk. Let me know which options works.
