I have a PXI-1052 chassis and the manual states that I can drive the PXI-CLK10 from an external source through the PXI_CLK10_IN pin on the P2 connector of the start trigger slot. I have a 6229 M Series module in that slot but the connector pinouts for that module do not show the CLK10_IN signal. How do I tap into the CLK10 signal?

I am not clear if you want to drive the PXI chassis with an external CLK source or you want to export the PXI chassis clock to drive external instruments.
In either, I think you're limited by the 6229 card as it is not designed to export/import the PXI-CLK10 clock through its front-end. Typically, the Timing&Synchronization range of instruments have the CLK_IN or CLK_OUT terminals and allow you to route to the chassis clock and not the regular instruments.
After a lot of searching, found the information, so, you need a PXI-6683 on your Slot2 as a STAR TRIGGER CONTROLLER in order to export/import 10MHz clock.
Slot 2 of PXI-1052 is for a Start Trigger slot intended for a Star trigger controller in the user manual
PXI 6683 user manual states that this card is intended to be a Star Trigger controller and can export/import CLK (by the term replaces PXI_CLK10)

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately my chassis is full and I need the 6229 in that slot. I keep running into the same brick wall but was hoping someone else could see a way around without having to by a Star trigger Controller or an IRIG card. My main issue is that I have an AIT 1553 card that runs on an internal IRIG clock and have been trying to synchronize that card with the chassis clock for some time now. It always comes back to purchasing the Star Trigger or IRIG card but as I said earlier my chassis is full.
Thanks again for the response!
