PXI - NI PCIe-1427 -> device failed initialization -> Error: 0xBFF600EB

Hallo.

The last two days I tryed to grab an image from my NIR-Camera, by using the NI PCIe-1427 framegrabber. After installing the card into my Pc, installing the drivers and NI Software and starting NIMAX I get following errormessage:

The following IMAQ devices failed initialization:

Serial Number 0xFFFFFFF

Error 0xBFF600EB : 

-------------------------------------------------------------------

sometimes the Serial Number change to 0x0000000

The strange thing is, that this initialization worked for one time. I don't know what i had change to made it work. After one reboot the error occured again.

I hope therse someone who can help me.

Board: GA-G33M-DS2R 

2,66GHz Core 2 Duo

2 GB Ram

I know this error. You can try to install the latest IMAQ Version to solve the problem (http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/E7725A08B0E152628625747900627A3E).

If this doesn't solve the problem (this is most likely) you have to send your device to National Instruments for reparation. Please call 089 / 74 13 130 to get more information in case of the reparation!
