PXI Rack Devices and Interfaces

I am using Labview 7.1 RT with PXI-1031 and PXI-8145RT. Even after installing labview to the controller I don't see anything under 'Devices and Interfaces' in Remote Systems. I can see my rack install software on it, but when I install Visa 3.3 controller boots in safe mode.

Hi Shekhar,

What do you mean by installing LabVIEW to the controller?  Do you mean LabVIEW Real-Time?  Installing LabVIEW RT to a controller would involve locating it under remote systems.

Is the unit always in safe mode?  What position is the S2 safemode switch set to?  See page 16 of the PXI-8140RT Series User Manual and Specifications.
