PXI-SCXI Internal bus not communicating

I am using PXI 1011 chassis, 6025E and SCXI-1112. I am putting 6025E in the last slot for comunicating to the SCXI through PXI-SCXI Internal bus. I have created virtual channel which is working fine. But if i use the example program SCXI-1112 thermocouple.vi where channel string is entered in the form ob0 ! sc1 ! md1 ! 0 and cjc channel ob0 ! sc1 ! md1 ! cjtemp0 i am getting reading as NaN or a wrong value. why? Is the channel string format different when we are communicating via PXI-SCXI internal bus?

A good test you can do is to test the SCXI channels in MAX (Measurement and Automation Explorer). You can open up MAX Test Panel and type in the same channel string for SCXI that you have on the example VI. If that also doesn't work, your hardware is probably defective. If that does work, your VI not quite the way it should be.
