I am looking at a handful of modules, in particular the PXIe-6363 multifunction I/O module. I see that the maximum sampling rate is 2MS/s, however I also see that the FIFO buffer size is 2047 samples.
I am curious if this is an issue, and if DAQmx will be able to sample fast enough to prevent overflow of the buffer. If I sample at even a fraction of the maximum sampling rate, my data will overflow the buffer.
Will this small FIFO be an issue?
