Ok.. So i conclude that,
The P2P communication is possible with some of the NI FPGA cards. It is not mandatory that the third party FPGA should support P2P. If there is no support, then the custom/third party FPGA acquires the IO signals from the NI FPGA's via controller. If there is support, then the module communicates with other FPGA's via P2P.
