PXIe-8108 unload system

Hi everybody.

I have a trouble.

My PXIe-8108, install system is LabVIEW Real-Time 11.0

Today, my device cannot run right way.

NI PXIe-8108 just ON led PWR OK,

Led DRIVE, & Led USER1 are not as brights as always.

So give me some advice to fix it.

My NI PXIe-8108 does not boot.
When I push the POWER button, the PWR led is ON, but the monitor does not show anything.
The USER1 led, and DRIVE led do not light blinking anymore.
I am sure that the hard-drive is fine, because I tried it on a spare controller and it normally ran.
I want to know what is problem with it and How to check it. Thank you!
