PXIe-8840 shipped only with RT, possible to get a Win 10 re-image disk from NI?

One of our teams had a PXIe-8840 purchased and given to them for use, PN is 784007-33 with the description on the order being PXIe-8840, Quad-Core, LabVIEW RT.  As  best I can tell this is a version NI is offering that only comes loaded with RT because when I go through BIOS to set it to boot to the hard drive I get an invalid disk error.

Is it possible to get a Win 10 image that would have been loaded on one of the other PN versions of this controller to put on ours?  This purchase was made in Oct 2018 and we selected the SSP for 3 years.  I'd like to hope something like this is possible.

Since you got an active SSP, I would recommend reaching out to NI Support to get the right answer https://www.ni.com/my-support/s/service-requests

I probably should have been clearer.  This is the federal government where nothing makes sense.  This equipment was purchased by some entity somewhat far removed from me.  I only have the order info because it was included in the stuff shipped to us...by a group that also wasn't the one that initiated the purchase.

I typically have an active SSP with NI from an entirely different program for stuff I work on but at the moment that contract hasn't renewed yet so mine isn't active and all I have is forum support.  Was hoping one of the NI AEs would see this as I'm not sure how long it is going to take before I have an active SSP that I control again and this seems like a pretty simple question to answer.

Okay, that clears up a lot. IMO, converting from RT to Win10 is not going to be straightforward, typically the BIOS was also different between RT and Win version of the controllers. I could not find much documentation about migrating from RT to Win10 but there are some details about moving from Pharlap to Linux RT.
