PXIe rack control via PC card

I am using a NI ExpressCard-8360 with a NI PXIe-8360 (to control a NI PXIe-1062Q chassis).

I would like to use the same chassis and the same controller with a laptop with PC-card slot instead of ExpressCard slot (the reduced communication speed is not a problem).

The laptop is a Dell Inspiron 8600.

Can an adapter from PC-card slot to ExpressCard slot work in this case?

Is there any other NI product that would allow using the PC- card slot?

Can such a solution work, considering that other Dell Inspiron laptops are supported?

I don't believe there are any PC-card slot to ExpressCard adapters that would work.  The ExpressCard-8360 uses the higher-speed PCI Express interface in ExpressCard instead of USB, so adapters from USB or CardBus won't work.  I don't know of another laptop solution for PXIe either, though for PXI there's the CardBus8310.
