SCXI part is not detected in NI MAX

I have combo chassis 1050 with DMM 4070 placed on the last position to communicate with SCXI module through D9 connector to PXI-1357

my issue is that all the PXI are detected into NI MAX but not the SCXI module (1127 and 1166 ), when i add them manually and make a reset or test i get an error saying the device offline 

I tried the same computer with another system (an old system that I had exactly the same configuration ) and it worked which means the driver was correctly installed 

could you please help me to identify which part (hardware) you think is defective ( PXI-1357 , SCXI module , 1127 and 1166 ) 

i also checked the voltage 120 AC and the fuse all are good

Have you upgraded your driver?

SCXI driver support was dropped in NI-DAQmx 19.1 and later:

thank you Marshallg for the answer yes the drivers are good 

i tried this computer with another station and it works .. i think it s more from the hardware side
