Hi,

I am using LabVIEW 2014 and trying to stream some samples(complex samples with real and imaginary each 16 bit) at 122.88 Msps to hard disk. As a first step I am not writing to the hard disk, so this limitation need not be considered. I am using the Rx Streaming example code to achieve this. However I get overflow issues.

 

The total data rate for 122.88Msps with 32 bit samples comes to 4 Gigabits per second. I see that the 1082 supports backplane transfer rate of 8GigaBytes per second so my data transfer rate is 16 times lower than the theoretical speed limits.

Am I missing any other factor here?(FlexRIO data transfer limitations? 8135 Controller data transfer limitations?).

Can someone help me with this.
