Thermocouple readings unexpectedly give wrong reading

I have been using a VI for monitoring system data for several months.  There are thermocouples and pressure transducers in the system.  All readings were working properly until today.  While the system and the VI were running, I saw that all of my readings became incorrect.  All of the temperartures read the same value.  The pressure transducers are reading the same as an empty channel.  I have an SCXI-1000 chassis with a SCXI-1100 Amplifier.  The terminal block is TBX-1303.

Leeritme,

My guess is that one or more of your thermocouples and transducers went bad. Disconnect all of your sensors. Connect one of your sensors. If you can't correct data, try another sensor. Once you find one that works, keep adding sensors until you find the bad ones.

If you can't get any of the sensors to work, switch out hardware. If you have spare parts, replace the SCXI-1100. If you still see issues, replace the SCXI-1000, and so on.

Check all the pins in your system to make sure they are all there and that none of them are bent.

Good luck! Have a great day!

Sincerely,
Marni S.
