I'm using a PXIe-1075 chassis with a NI-8262 to control a HDD-8265 which has a Areca ARC-1231ML controller. On the host computer a Windows 7 Professional 32-bit system is running. The HDD-8265 is recognized and I could install the latest driver. I also could generate a Volume Set on the Raid using Raid 5 level by using the ArcHTTPGUI Browser.
The problem, which I'm facing now is that I cannot see the "unallocated disk" in the "Disk Management" of Windows. If I use Raid 0, there is no problem. Do I need to install any additional drivers for the Raid 5 in Windows 7?
