Veristand String Control

Hi,

I have a requirement of giving a string based control in Veristand for a Custom device in our project. I haven't found any string based control/indicator available in Veristand workspace palette. As per the case study DBL is used in veristand. Is it possible to use String control in veristand? Iam using NI veristand 2021 and LabVIEW 2021 SP1. Kindly suggest me the possibilities to use string. will be helpful.

Back to your question, as you might have known, only double is supported in VeriStand.

I have recently created a draft version of the gRPC Plugin. It is far from perfect but should be a nice starting point. If you have any feedback, feel free to raise a ticket to me. I will have a look when I have time.
