Where do I find my DAQmx VI's?

Just got a new PXI system with Windows Vista installed.  Loaded the LabVIEW 2009 disks and was gonna start programming and can't find the DAQmx VI's.   Where did they go?  I must be doing something wrong.  Any help?

Did LabVIEW come with a device drivers DVD? Do you have Measurement and Automation Explorer? If you do open it, and check under the tree for software. It will show you all the NI software loaded on the CPU. Is DAQmx listed? If not you need to install it.

Hope this helps.

Now Using LabVIEW 2019SP1 and TestStand 2019

You might see the drivers installed for DAQmx in the MAX window under software tree. But go to ni.com and their is lastest driver version available for DAQmx. Install that and you will find your DAQmx VI under Function Palette >> Measurement IO

Link is

go to Support in ni.com >> Divers and Support >> Under Hardware NI DAQ

the latest verios is 9.0.2
