Which PXI card can measure noise signal?

I need to measure an ac noise signal of about 25 mVrms (on a 5 volt DC) within a detection bandwidth of 600 KHz.

Kindly suggest me any PXI module capable of doing the same.

If none of the PXI modules available can acquire the above signal, please suggest me alternatives for the same.

You can probably use NI PXI 6115 for this purpose. Use AC coupling to get rid of DC signal and then you can measure 25mV RMS using this. It can go upto 10MS/s . So 600kHz wont have a problem at all.
