I would guess that you don't have the DAQmx driver installed, or that it needs re-installed. You can find the latest version of that driver here: http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/1216/lang/en . When doing that installation, you will likely come to a page that asks you what software you would like to install support for- if Signal Express is an option, but sure to include support for Signal Express. Otherwise, if re-installing the driver doesn't work, you may need to either repair or re-install Signal Express. Have a great weekend!
