exchange of information via http server on PXI with RT engine

Hello, I have a PXI with RT engine and I would like to exchange information via the server on the PXI for controling the programs running on the RT.(no Labview on the other machine, just sending and receiving http message)
But I noticed that http access to the server is very slow (1 minute to open the initial page) compared to the ftp access that is very fast. And each time I'm trying to connect to the RT machine via http, the link between the host and the RT is lost, and I have to restart Labview on the host machine. I have Labview 7.1
What can I do to speed up the http transfert ?

Is it possible to have some link for examples ?

Thanks

Hello,

Just need a clarification from you - when you talk about HTTP server are you referring to control of the VI using remote panels? I.e. the user interface is embedded within a webpage?

I have you checked this document:

A forum thread that discuss similar issues with slow updates:

Hope this helps, otherwise provide more information if possible!

No, it was not to control the VI using remote panel but only exchange of some parameters.

Thanks for the links
