how to download bitstream to target boards through PXIe

I‘m recently working on a project that transfer partial bitstreams to Xilinx boards on NI PXIe-1084,and I have some trouble with that,can anybody give me some suggestions about how to do this?Thank you very much

As PXIe-1084is only chassis, what modules, controller or MXI you are using?
