nipalp.dll error on updating RT software

I had the following error whenever I tried to update the NI-DAQmx 9.0.2 to RT using NI MAX.

When I scanned to the folder (shown in error) I found that nipalp.dll is not found in that folder.  I peeped in other computers and found that folder 2.9.1 itself doesn't exist and only exists in my PC.  Later I found the same named DLL found in Win32 folder (c:\Windows\System32\) and copied it to the above said location and everything went good.  I don't know if this is the right method, but I guess NI support should look in to resolve this.
