output 200Hz sine wave on pxi-4110

I have a pxi-4110 programmable DC power supply and was told that it is possible to output a 200Hz sine wave from this device.  In testing, I can't even get it to do more than 2Hz cleanly.  I am new to labview and would definitely appreciate some help in doing this.  Thanks.

Here's a few graphs of what it starts to do above 2Hz.  I'm using a pxi-6259 to read the analog voltage in, so that should not be limiting me (plus it looks the same on a scope).  Thanks in advance.

Hi John

Thank you for using our discussion forums.

The 4110’s output can only be software timed so you have to set the number of points, and points per cycle to determine the frequency.

Have a look at the following link.

This DevZone article describes how to perform waveform generations with the 4110, and it also has an example vi that illustrates the waveform functionality.
