pxi 4071 error -1074117756

Hi, I am just putting this card into my system. and as NI-DMM starts up, it says the card has internal hardware error, -1074117756, and I need to contact NI. Is this repairable? Thanks.

What version of the DMM drivers do you have installed?  In some cases, upgrading earlier versions to NI-DMM 3.0.2 or later will resolve this error.

Already tried DMM 3.0.5 and 3.0.6. updated my controller BIOS. No luck.

my PXI-4072 works fine on the same chassis at the same slot. So, I guess it does have internal hardware error.
