pxi 8331 led default status

I used a Nationnal instrument board, PXI 8331 and sometime we lost the communication with the computer. We would like analyse the frontpanel indicator leds to analyse the default. Does somebody has the led status description?

For example in our case, the PWR light is green and flash when problem occurs and the Tx and Rx led are orange.

What is your PXI chassis ? Can you attach a screenshot of what you see in MAX when this occurs ?
