pxi-8431 installation

I have a PXI-8431 RS-485 serial card installed in my RT Series PXI controller. My serial ports are not detected. What is the problem?

Software installed on RT controller:

NI-Serial RT 2.5.6

NI-DAQmx 8.1.0

Traditional NI-DAQ 7.4.1

NI-VISA Server 3.4.1

LabVIEW Real-Time 8.0.1

Host machine running MS WindowsXP:

Measurement and Automation Explorer 4.0.3.3003

The 843x series is not supported in NI-Serial RT 2.5.6.  Upgarde to Serial RT 3.0 to add support for this board to your system.  Be sure to download the new driver to your controller as well after you install it.
