pxi-rt,initialisation network..warning kernel .346543: etch-smc9; initialisation failed

i have created boot disk in the host system,which is having following softwares labview6.0.3 rt, ni-daq 6.9.2.
when i boot with this disk,in the 8175 controller i get the following error initialisation network..warning kernel .346543: etch-smc9; initialisation failed

The 8171-series RT controllers (8175, 8176) are not compatible with LabVIEW RT 6.0.3. You will need to upgrade to LabVIEW RT 6.1 in order to use the 8171-series controllers in RT.

Specifically, the RT OS kernel that comes with LabVIEW 6.0.3 (which came out before the 8171-series controllers did) does not support the new and improved ethernet chipset used on the 8171-series controllers.

Upgrade from LV RT 6.0.3 to LVRT 6.1 is not available on the site.

PXI is a very costly set and is lying useless since months, due to this error.

This information should be told by the company, and sales people before accepting the order.
