Hi, I'm looking for a memory ram for a PXI-e 8133 module, can you say me how do I get one? and how much does it cost?

Look up the manual (https://www.ni.com/docs/en-US/bundle/372870d/resource/372870d.pdf).  Page 2-25 clearly states the type of RAM and how to upgrade it.

National Instruments offers the following SO-DIMM for use with the NI PXIe-8133 controller.

• PC3-10600 (DDR3 1333) 2 GB, 256 MB×64, CL 9, 1.18 in. max (NI part number 781403-2048)

• PC3-10600 (DDR3 1333) 4 GB, 512 MB×64, CL 9, 1.18 in. max (NI part number 781404-4096)

You could probably just order these from Newegg or Tiger Direct.  But I recommend contacting your local NI Representative to get a price and availability check.
