waited 5 seconds for kernel init........!!!!!

Hi all

I have a RT PXI 8186, after boot up in RTOS it displays this message on the screen "TNF: Panic! waited 5 seconds for kernel init"

what does it mean? and how can i solve it? am unable to launch application at boot up. but with this PXI as target i can run the VI's.

Hello Arun,

                 The best shot would be to try reinstalling the RT software as it looks more like a driver issue. Once you uninstall and reinstall the latest SW into your PXI 8186 that may fix this issue. Try this and post the result.

few days back I formatted and reinstalled my sw, so it's working now.
