which bios update

which bios update

I am tring to update the bios for a PXI 8175. I have downloaded the update but when I boot from the floppy the page comes up with NI-8176. I know that they are in the same series but if i run the update will that conflict because I have a 8175.

FC,
All the controllers from the NI 8171 have the same chipset and use the same BIOS, that is, the PXI-8176, PXI-8175 and PXI-8174 have the same BIOS.

The following is the link to where you can download the Update for the BIOS for the NI 8171 controllers. You will not run into any conflicts installing this upgrade.
