while installing Ni-daqmx 8.1internal 2727 error

hi,

i want to use C# VS 2005 to acquire data from PXI..

for that i have installed measurement studio 8.1..

now i have to install NI-DAQMX 8.1 ..

while installing it gives error like "internal error 2727 F1HELPDIR"

Can you help me? How to install NI-DAQMX 8.1?
