Abstract: Examine the energy storage system data acquisition and control (ESS DAC) device used to test ESSs at the Battery and Energy Storage Technology Test and Commercialization Center in Rochester, NY. It performs functional, performance, and application test of ESSs from 1 kW to more than 2 MW. Also get an overview of the system architecture and explore a recent test scenario for community ESS test.
