Challenge: Developing a complex programmable logic device (CPLD) control card emulator for radio frequency (RF) daughterboard communication and control during manufacturing test.
Solution: Taking advantage of digital hardware design and VHSIC hardware description language (VHDL) code with NI FlexRIO, LabVIEW FPGA, and a high-speed digital NI FlexRIO adapter module.
