Abstract: All measurements have variations. If you perform the same measurement multiple times, the value will not be exactly the same. Where do these variations come from? Is it from the unit under test or the measurement system itself? At this session, learn how to perform a measurement system analysis and identify the sources of variation using a Gage R&R study of a DAQ-based system and real measurements. Then analyze the output to identify key values and pitfalls.
