Abstract: The National Institute of Standards and Technology created this challenge to motivate researchers to accelerate the development of microrobots featuring microelectromechanical systems; reveal the most pressing technical challenges; and evaluate the most successful methods for locomotion and manipulation at the microscale. Learn how the UT-Arlington Microrobotics Team has successfully competed twice in this event by actuating its microrobots with LabVIEW.
