Automated software test is rapidly gaining recognition as an effective and efficient approach to verifying the behavior of complex software systems. It can be used to confirm that the functional behavior of a software system conforms to the control system specification. The Advanced Automation Group at Joy Global has developed and successfully applied a generic automated hardware-in-the-loop test framework that uses four commercial software tools. Three of those are from NI. At this session, learn tips and tricks on how to successfully implement similar test frameworks.
