When developers unexpectedly become the customer, manager, process designer, coder, tester, validator, hardware troubleshooter, and end user, they can have difficulty staying on track. With a methodical approach, however, a single person can produce a successful and well-received test system. At this session, learn about a CLAD-level developer who was handed a cartful of parts and a results table of handwritten data and asked to provide an automated, feedback-controlled QA test setup, complete with data logging and report generation, for untrained users.
