Electronic products are small and cannot allocate validation test points. The only solution is to use flying probe technology, which presents a new requirement: HF signal test. Seica integrates managing signal frequencies over 1.6 GHz with the NI product on top of the well-consolidated flying probe solution. You now can move probes on a small pad (down to 008004 components) for HF signals and validate the functionality. To make the solution easier to use, the complete solution is driven by a LabVIEW/TestStand software interface.
