MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS A VOLUNTEER with First Lego League
volunteers needed for 11 statewide tournaments: Sat., Nov. 19 Sat., Dec. 3 and Sat., Dec. 10 Volunteers are needed for ASU’s engineering outreach program, FIRST LEGO League (FLL). This short video shows the learning and fun that teams of children, ages 9-14, share at FLL tournaments, where they use robots, research and teamwork to solve real-world science and engineering problems. Tournament volunteers make this learning experience possible by serving in part-day non-technical roles (check-in, people movers) or all day (8 a.m.-5 p.m.) technical roles (judges, referees) at 11 statewide tournaments on three Saturdays in November-December: November 19, December 3 and December 10.
