FFT with Labview

I develop a current source rectifier. I did a co simulation with Multisim 14 and Labview 2014. I want to do a FFT of the input current from the rectifier. Which function can i use. I have problems with the data type of the FFT functions. I tried it with the express vi Spectral measurements. Can i use this in a simulation loop?
