ni max can't add software to 9607

Hey

I'm trying download software for my 9607 but my NI MAX can't add software to it

this is how my max and web congifuration  looks like

could somebody please tell me how to fix it

Hello Longwu2000,

I might be wrong but as far as I know, as long you would have Inconsistent IP setting, you would not be able to add/remove software on the sbRIO. You should first solve this problem before going further.

I might need the mac address for to login to the university first

but today when i open the MAX I can't even find the device

could somebody please help me out

Make sure you have the latest CompactRIO drivers installed (CompactRIO 15.0 Device Drivers) and that you've rebooted since installing them. It won't appear if your drivers are an older version. Disable WiFi on your computer so there is only one Ethernet connection. Make sure you are connected via copper Ethernet cable and on the same subnet (connected to the same Ethernet switch/router). Make sure your computer has a valid IP address. Cycle power on the sbRIO-9607.
