screws and standoffs do not match in New GPIC controller (9607)

I ordered the new GPIC controller but the screws and the standoff seem to mismatch as they do not mate. Due to this I am unable to assemble the new kit. Is this a freak incident, or am I making a mistake in the assembly of the new controller?

I'm reviewing the bill of materials for the following GPIC kits that include the sbRIO-9607, and the kits consistently use M3 threaded screws and standoffs.

784491-01 - EVALUATION KIT, NI SBRIO-9607 GPIC (SBRIO-9607, NI 9683 GPIC, THERMAL, PS, ACCESSORIES, SW EVAL)

784493-01 - OEM KIT QUANTITY 1, SBRIO-9607, NI 9683 GENERAL PURPOSE INVERTER CONTROLLER (GPIC), STANDOFFS

Until recently, I noticed that some of the older GPIC kits below included 4-40 screws and standoffs.  I believe these components were not compatible with the screws and standoffs in the Single-Board RIO heat spreader/thermal kit, so it appears that the new versions of the GPIC kit with sbRIO-9607 may have standardized on M3 to resolve that incompatibility.

If you are reusing an older GPIC with the new sbRIO-9607, I could see an incompatibility between the hardware in the sbRIO-9606-based GPIC kit vs the thermal kit standoffs and screws.

I ordered Catalog No: 784492-01.

I got 4 hex standoffs (the ones that sit between the GPIC and the controller) that aren't compatible with the ones that sit between the heat sink and the controller... and also I didn't receive the longer screws (1.5" ) that raise the complete setup.

We recently updated all of the sbRIO GPIC shipping kits to include M3 metric standoffs and screws. Most likely you received your kit before the updates went through our system.
