Oops, I was mistaken. I just tried it in LabVIEW 2015. When you right-click on a Splitter, it will run plugins that are registered for Splitter, Pane, and Panel right-clicks. Sorry for the misinformation.
I was thinking of some other idiosyncrasy regarding an object that you'd think would work with right-click plugins, but doesn't. But now I can't remember what it was. 😛

Glad to hear it might work. To be fair I never tried it, I just believed Darren when he said it wouldn't work. Maybe he was thinking of something else, or maybe it wasn't supported but support was added later.

Good job building another splitter helper. I have one as a right click plugin, which I think is a bit easier to access since you just right click any splitter to open it. I do like a few of your features though you have in yours, but not the idea of it in quickdrop, annoying shortcut collisions. Anyway, nice to see. Here is my right click menu version if you want to see it: https://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW-Shortcut-Menu-Plug-Ins/Setup-Splitters-and-Panes-llb/ta-p/3536994
