2921 failed to connect to Router,but connected to concentrator successfully

Hi all

Recently I`ve found a extremely strange issue.

Here is the circumstance.

When 2921 connected to the LAN port of a Buffalo or TP-LINK router  via a network cable,it both failed.(what i saw is the light of GB Ethernet is powered off.)
But when 2921 connected to the port of a TP-LINK concentrator(network hub),it worked well.
I have no idea about what`s wrong.
Does anyone have the similiar issue?I appreciate your help.

Hello,

Are those Buffalo and TP-LINK network switches gigabit compatible? What are the model numbers?

The USRP will not enable the network interface unless it detects a gigabit capable link.

Also, we have a dedicated forum for NI USRP devices.
