Hi COMSIS,
You have a single Downconversion call in your VI's consumer loop, but you are performing a power spectrum each time. You should definitely remove the Power Spectrum call.
You should also edit your VI's Priority and Preferred Execution System in VI Properties. You should change your VI's Priority to High Priority and the Preferred Execution System to Data Acquisition (basically, something other than Same As Caller). These steps will help insure your VI is getting a bigger share of your CPU's time.
The other thing that will matter is your PXI(e) controller type. What type of controller/computer are you using?
